Bien malaxer le tout.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9coller avec les doigts la peau de poulet, sans la percer, mettre la farce. Faire au couteau des entailles sur les cuisses du poulet, mettre de la farce. Couper le citron en rondelles et les mettre \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du poulet.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser le poulet dans un grand plat, commencer la cuisson \u00e0 four chaud (220\u00b0).<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire des pommes de terre \u00e0 la vapeur et une boule de c\u00e9leri coup\u00e9e en tranches, puis ajouter de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, sel, poivre, thym et ail \u00e9cras\u00e9.
