Cuire \u00e0 feu vif dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, d\u00e9poser des feuilles de brick sur un torchon humide, les huiler au pinceau, d\u00e9poser un pav\u00e9 de saumon, sel, poivre, aneth cisel\u00e9e, gingembre en poudre. Plier les feuilles de brick dans le sens de la longueur, puis rabattre les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Dorer au jaune d\u2019\u0153uf dilu\u00e9 avec un peu d\u2019eau. Mettre \u00e0 four chaud sur une plaque.
