Cuire deux \u0153ufs durs. Cuire 500 g d\u2019\u00e9pinard \u00e0 la vapeur.<\/p>\n<p>Emincer finement un oignon et une carotte, faire cuire dans de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient bien tendres. Saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n<pre><\/pre>\n<p>Ajouter 250 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, faire bouillir.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e2per un gros morceau de parmesan (ou comt\u00e9) et ajouter dans la sauce, ainsi qu\u2019une cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de moutarde, du persil hach\u00e9, le jus d\u2019un citron (on peut ajouter aussi de la chair de crabe).<\/p>\n<p>Couper en lamelles 500 g de cabillaud et un peu de haddock.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin beurr\u00e9, mettre le poisson, les \u00e9pinards, les \u0153ufs durs coup\u00e9s en quartiers, napper de la sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Ecraser les pommes de terre en pur\u00e9e grossi\u00e8re, ajouter du beurre ou de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, sel, poivre, muscade, recouvrir la tourte de ce m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire \u00e0 four chaud (210\u00b0) environ 30 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cuire \u00e0 l\u2019eau cinq grosses pommes de terre en d\u00e9s.
