Ajouter l\u2019oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 finement, l\u2019ail, l\u2019estragon, la vanille, laisser revenir quelques minutes sur feu moyen.<\/p>\n<p>Augmenter le feu pour d\u00e9glacer avec le vin blanc, laisser r\u00e9duire le vin quelques minutes. Ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, la moutarde. Baisser le feu.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux un quart d\u2019heure environ (v\u00e9rifier la cuisson des morceaux de poulet en les piquant avec une fourchette).<\/p>\n<p>Servir avec un riz basmati.
