Laisser cuire quelques minutes en surveillant la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter 350 g de riz rond, faire \u00e9tuver en remuant souvent, puis ajouter un demi litre de bouillon \u00ab\u00a0bouquet garni \u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0volaille \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Couvrir et laisser cuire le riz en remuant de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019il est cuit \u00e0 point, ajouter du parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 et du gorgonzola coup\u00e9s en morceaux.
