{"id":127,"date":"2006-04-07T21:51:55","date_gmt":"2006-04-07T21:51:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=127"},"modified":"2020-04-09T14:20:36","modified_gmt":"2020-04-09T12:20:36","slug":"pate-a-pizza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/pate-a-pizza\/","title":{"rendered":"La p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza de mon cousin Alain !"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Mettre la farine dans un grand saladier, ajouter le sel, m\u00e9langer puis faire une fontaine.<\/div>\n<p>D\u00e9layer la levure dans l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de (une eau trop chaude d\u00e9truit la levure), ajouter ce m\u00e9lange dans la fontaine, puis l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et les autres ingr\u00e9dients, p\u00e9trir avec les mains en \u00e9tirant bien la p\u00e2te, en la soulevant pour faire entrer beaucoup d\u2019air.<\/p>\n<p>Recouvrir ce saladier d\u2019un torchon propre, pour que la p\u00e2te ne cro\u00fbte pas, et l\u2019entreposer dans un endroit un peu chaud, loin des courants d\u2019air.&nbsp;Si la pi\u00e8ce n\u2019est pas suffisamment chauff\u00e9e on peut poser le saladier dans un &nbsp;fond d\u2019eau chaude dans l\u2019\u00e9vier, cela facilitera la \u00abpousse\u00bb de la p\u00e2te qui doit doubler de volume, ou dans le four \u00e0 30\u00b0C maximum !<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite partager le p\u00e2ton en quatre, \u00e9taler comme une p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte en farinant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le plan de travail.
