Ajoutez le beurre mou et travaillez la p\u00e2te du bout des doigts.<\/p>\n<p>Faites un puits, cassez l&rsquo;oeuf dedans, ajoutez les noix, les olives noires coup\u00e9es en petits d\u00e9s et m\u00e9langez bien l&rsquo;ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Tapissez une plaque de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Pr\u00e9levez des boules de p\u00e2te de la grosseur d&rsquo;une noix, aplatissez-les bien et d\u00e9posez-les sur la plaque.<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez pour environ 25 min.
