D\u00e8s qu\u2019elles sont cuites, \u00e9gouttez-les.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez les poivrons en deux, \u00f4tez les graines, coupez la chair en d\u00e9s et faites les revenir dans la cocotte. Egouttez-les.<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez les oignons, \u00e9mincez-les, faites les revenir \u00e0 leur tour dans la cocotte.<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez les tomates, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez-les, coupez-les en quartiers, \u00e9mincez le c\u00e9leri. Versez-les dans la cocotte. Laissez cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau des tomates soit \u00e9vapor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez les aubergines, les poivrons, les c\u00e2pres et le vinaigre.
