Hachez le basilic en gardant quelques feuilles pour le d\u00e9cor.<\/p>\n<p>Faites ramollir la g\u00e9latine dans un bol d\u2019eau froide, puis faites-la dissoudre dans le jus de tomate recueilli et ti\u00e9di.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez la chair des tomates, la mozzarella, le basilic avec la g\u00e9latine.
