Fouettez le m\u00e9lange jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration mousse et fasse un ruban. Incorporez la farine et la levure puis d\u00e9layez la p\u00e2te avec le lait et l&rsquo;huile.<\/p>\n<p>Faites chauffer votre four \u00e0 thermostat 6 (180\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p>Versez la moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te dans un moule de 24 cm de diam\u00e8tre, pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pelez et \u00e9p\u00e9pinez les poires, puis coupez-les en lamelles.
