Otez la peau, coupez-le en deux, \u00f4tez les graines, coupez-les en fines lani\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez les oignons et l\u2019ail, \u00e9mincez-les. Ep\u00e9pinez le piment et coupez-le en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Faites revenir dans l\u2019huile\u00a0: oignons, ail, piment, poivrons.
