Epluchez les l\u00e9gumes, coupez-les en fine julienne. Placez le r\u00f4ti dans un plat \u00e0 four, arrosez-le avec la marinade. Faites cuire trente minutes, ajoutez les l\u00e9gumes et les gousses d\u2019ail restantes, faites cuire encore trente minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d4tez la viande et les l\u00e9gumes avec une \u00e9cumoire. Versez le vin blanc dans le plat, faites chauffer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9bullition, laisser r\u00e9duire.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9coupez la viande, servez-la entour\u00e9e de l\u00e9gumes.
