Enrobez les grillades de farine.<\/p>\n<p>Faites chauffer l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale et faites dorer les grillades sur les deux faces pendant cinq minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Disposez les grillades dans un plat \u00e0 four, \u00e9talez sur chacune une c \u00e0 s de sauce au pistou.<\/p>\n<p>Passez sous le gril pendant une minute.<\/p>\n<p>Versez le vin blanc dans la po\u00eale, faites bouillir une minute et arrosez les grillades avec ce jus de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>SAUCE AU PISTOU<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un bouquet de basilic<\/li>\n<li>Quatre gousses d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li>60 g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>30 g de pignons de pin<\/li>\n<li>8 c \u00e0 s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>sel &amp; poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Placez les gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9pluch\u00e9es, les pignons de pin, le parmesan, les feuilles de basilic, sel et poivre dans le bol du mixeur.
