Partagez les avocats en deux, retirez le noyau, s\u00e9parez la chair de l\u2019\u00e9corce.<\/p>\n<p>Placez la chair d\u2019avocat dans un saladier, \u00e9crasez-la \u00e0 la fourchette. Incorporez-y ensuite le jus de citron vert, les petits d\u00e9s de tomate, l\u2019oignon blanc pel\u00e9 et \u00e9minc\u00e9 finement, ainsi que la coriandre. Salez, assaisonnez de Tabasco ou de piment.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez soigneusement la pr\u00e9paration jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.
