Versez 50 cl d&rsquo;eau dans une autre casserole, ajoutez le sel, la cannelle, la coriandre, le poivre et les clous de girofle. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis retirez la casserole du feu.<\/p>\n<p>Tenez chaque citron verticalement et coupez-le en quatre morceaux sans s\u00e9parer compl\u00e8tement les quartiers les uns des autres. Empilez les citrons dans un bocal st\u00e9rilis\u00e9 en les tassant bien. versez la marinade aux \u00e9pices de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 les recouvrir compl\u00e8tement.
