D\u00e8s que l\u2019\u00e9bullition est atteinte, \u00e9teindre le feu et laisser pocher la morue une dizaine de minutes (selon l\u2019\u00e9paisseur du filet).<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, faire cuire la polenta dans un litre d\u2019eau, en fin de cuisson ajouter 4 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et l\u2019origan.<\/p>\n<p>Faire revenir ail et oignons dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Lorsque la morue est cuite, l\u2019effeuiller, ajouter ail, oignons et persil cisel\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, d\u00e9poser la polenta en une couche bien plane, ajouter l\u2019effeuill\u00e9e de morue, saupoudrer de chapelure et du reste d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire 20 mn \u00e0 210\u00b0.
