Groupez-les par deux.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette, m\u00e9langez \u00e9nergiquement le thon, la mayonnaise et le vinaigre, poivrez. R\u00e9servez la pr\u00e9paration trente minutes au frais.<\/p>\n<p>Pelez et \u00e9p\u00e9pinez les deux tomates, coupez-les en d\u00e9s, poudrez-les de sel et faites-les d\u00e9gorger pendant vingt minutes dans une passoire. Coupez le jambon en lani\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Garnissez le tiers des sandwichs de thon, un tiers de d\u00e9s de tomate \u00e9goutt\u00e9s recouverts de jambon et un tiers d\u2019une fine couche de confiture couverte de lamelles de fromage.<\/p>\n<p>Rangez les sandwichs en petites piles sur un plateau.
