Rincez et \u00e9queutez les herbes. Ciselez-les puis \u00e9talez-les en une couche r\u00e9guli\u00e8re dans une assiette plate.<\/p>\n<p>Pelez l\u2019avocat, \u00e9crasez la chair avec le yaourt sal\u00e9 et poivr\u00e9 et le jus du citron. Tartinez-en la moiti\u00e9 sur les tranches de pain. Gardez le reste.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9partissez le saumon en lani\u00e8res et le concombre sur les tranches tartin\u00e9es.
