Faites-les dorer \u00e0 la cocotte dans l\u2019huile avec l\u2019oignon et les ciboules \u00e9minc\u00e9s, le thym effeuill\u00e9, le laurier \u00e9miett\u00e9, du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n<p>Poudrez la viande de colombo et remuez deux minutes sur feu vif. Ajoutez la tomate coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s, l\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9, le piment entier et le persil cisel\u00e9. Versez de l\u2019eau \u00e0 hauteur et cuisez quarante cinq minutes \u00e0 couvert.<\/p>\n<p>Versez le riz dans une casserole d\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e et faites-le cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit tendre. Egouttez-le.<\/p>\n<p>Environ quinze minutes avant la fin de la cuisson du colombo, pelez et taillez les bananes en rondelles. Ajoutez-les \u00e0 la viande. Au dernier moment, ajoutez le jus du dernier citron.
