Badigeonnez-en les blancs de poulet, salez et poivrez-les. Cuisez-les au gril dix \u00e0 douze minutes selon leur grosseur, puis laissez-les compl\u00e8tement refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez l\u2019ananas et \u00f4tez le c\u0153ur fibreux. Taillez la chair en cubes. Ebouillantez les tomates, pelez-les, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez-les, puis coupez-les en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une jatte, m\u00e9langez le reste d\u2019huile et de jus de citron, l\u2019oignon hach\u00e9, le rhum, la vanille, du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez les cubes d\u2019ananas et les d\u00e9s de tomate et r\u00e9partissez sur des assiettes. Disposez par dessus les blancs de poulet tranch\u00e9s et d\u00e9corez de cresson. Arrosez de sauce \u00e0 la vanille.
