Epluchez et hachez finement les gousses d\u2019ail.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9posez la viande dans un grand plat creux. Ajoutez la coriandre cisel\u00e9e, l\u2019ail hach\u00e9 et le cumin en poudre. Salez, poivrez et m\u00e9langez. Couvrez d\u2019un film alimentaire et laissez mariner deux heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>Pelez l\u2019oignon et \u00e9mincez-le. Lavez, essuyez le poivron rouge et le piment, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez puis \u00e9mincez-les. Coupez les tomates en deux, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez-les et taillez-les en petit d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Laissez chauffer l\u2019huile de ma\u00efs dans une grande cocotte. Faites-y revenir l\u2019oignon sans colorer pendant trois minutes \u00e0 feu doux, ajoutez les lani\u00e8res de viande et cuisez huit minutes \u00e0 feu vif, en remuant souvent.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le poivron rouge, le piment et les d\u00e9s de tomate, poursuivez la cuisson encore dix minutes sur feu moyen sans couvrir.
