Laissez-les cuire pendant dix minutes \u00e0 l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. Rafra\u00eechissez puis \u00e9gouttez-les.<\/p>\n<p>Rincez puis \u00e9gouttez les haricots blancs. Lavez les tomates, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez et d\u00e9taillez-les en d\u00e9s. Pelez et \u00e9mincez l\u2019oignon rouge.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez la sauce, versez le vinaigre dans un bol, ajoutez du sel, du poivre, du fond de veau et m\u00e9langez. Incorporez les huiles de ma\u00efs et de noix en fouettant.<\/p>\n<p>Versez dans un grand saladier les haricots verts et les haricots blancs, les d\u00e9s de tomate et les rondelles d\u2019oignon.
