Donnez un tour de moulin \u00e0 poivre, arrosez d\u2019un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et passez sous le gril du four quelques minutes. D\u00e9corez de basilic.<\/p>\n<p>2\u00e8me version :<\/p>\n<p>Faire griller l\u00e9g\u00e8rement des tranches de pain et les frotter \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail. Tartiner ensuite avec un peu de tapenade, d\u00e9corer avec des lamelles de Parmesan ainsi que des feuilles de basilic coup\u00e9es en filaments.
