Coupez-les en quatre, \u00e9liminez les c\u00f4tes blanches et les graines, \u00e9mincez-les. Pelez et \u00e9mincez les oignons. Pelez et pressez les gousses d\u2019ail.<\/p>\n<p>Mettez la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 chauffer dans une sauteuse et faites sauter les poivrons et les oignons juste pour les faire blondir. Salez, ajoutez l\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9, couvrez, r\u00e9duisez le feu et laissez cuire tout doucement pendant quarante cinq minutes.
