D\u00e9coupez-les en larges lani\u00e8res. Faites dissoudre la plaquette de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes dans 20 cl d\u2019eau chaude. Ajoutez les feuilles de g\u00e9latine pr\u00e9alablement ramollies dans l\u2019eau froide.<\/p>\n<p>Rincez les herbes, essorez-les et ciselez-les finement. Incorporez-les au bouillon additionn\u00e9 de g\u00e9latine. Mettez le fromage de ch\u00e8vre dans un saladier et \u00e9crasez-le finement \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette. Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n<p>Pour confectionner la terrine, versez un peu de bouillon aux herbes dans le fond d\u2019un moule \u00e0 cake, laissez prendre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Remplissez ensuite le moule en alternant des couches de poivron et de fromage. Tassez bien, puis versez le reste du bouillon aux herbes. Couvrez d\u2019un film transparent et r\u00e9servez une douzaine d\u2019heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
