Faites les cuire \u00e0 la vapeur une vingtaine de minutes. Coupez-les en deux dans le sens de la longueur.<\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire les filets de rouget cinq minutes \u00e0 la vapeur.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez la sauce rouille en proc\u00e9dant comme pour une mayonnaise, puis incorporez le safran, le piment et l\u2019ail press\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Tartinez chaque demi pomme de terre de rouille.
