Quand il est bien dor\u00e9, ajoutez les lardons, le laurier et le romarin, salez et poivrez et versez 5 \u00e0 10 cl d\u2019eau bouillante. Couvrez et laissez cuire doucement pendant quarante cinq minutes. Retournez le morceau de viande \u00e0 mi cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>Pelez les petites pommes de terre, rincez-les et \u00e9pongez-les soigneusement. S\u00e9parez les gousses de la t\u00eate d\u2019ail, ne les pelez pas.
