Coupez les courgettes en fines rondelles, versez deux cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une grande sauteuse, posez-la sur feu moyen, ajoutez les rondelles de courgettes et faites-les cuire 15 mn en m\u00e9langeant souvent.<\/p>\n<p>Cassez les \u0153ufs dans un saladier et battez-les l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Salez, poivrez et incorporez le persil et la menthe cisel\u00e9s ainsi que les fromages et la chapelure. M\u00e9langez bien.<\/p>\n<p>Versez le reste d\u2019huile dans un plat rond de 22 cm \u00e0 bord haut et versez-y la pr\u00e9paration aux \u0153ufs et les courgettes revenues.
