{"id":241,"date":"2006-04-22T00:28:44","date_gmt":"2006-04-22T00:28:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=241"},"modified":"2012-01-23T15:18:59","modified_gmt":"2012-01-23T14:18:59","slug":"la-bouride-de-patricia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/la-bouride-de-patricia\/","title":{"rendered":"Bourride"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette de Patricia&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 12 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 kg de lotte<\/li>\n<li>2 kg de calamars<\/li>\n<li>1 kg de moules<\/li>\n<li>huile d\u2019olive, beurre<\/li>\n<li>trois oignons<\/li>\n<li>trois tomates<\/li>\n<li>trois gousses d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li>safran<\/li>\n<li>sel &amp; poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans un m\u00e9lange d\u2019huile et de beurre, faire revenir les morceaux de lotte, puis les mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Faire revenir les calamars coup\u00e9s en morceaux, faire revenir les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s, ajouter les tomates, l\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9, sel &amp; poivre, safran.<\/p>\n<p>Remettre la lotte dans la sauteuse, couvrir et laisser cuire vingt minutes \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, faire ouvrir les moules.
