{"id":255,"date":"2006-04-22T01:25:28","date_gmt":"2006-04-22T01:25:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=255"},"modified":"2012-01-23T22:52:53","modified_gmt":"2012-01-23T21:52:53","slug":"paupiettes-daubergines-a-la-mozzarella","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/paupiettes-daubergines-a-la-mozzarella\/","title":{"rendered":"Paupiettes d&rsquo;aubergines \u00e0 la mozzarella"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une de mes recettes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 grosses aubergines oblongues<\/li>\n<li>150 g de tr\u00e8s fines tranches de jambon de Parme<\/li>\n<li>200 g de mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>3 c \u00e0 soupe de parmesan fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>250 g de pulpe de tomates<\/li>\n<li>huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>2 pinc\u00e9es de sucre<\/li>\n<li>sel &amp; poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Coupez les aubergines en tranches de \u00bd cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, dans la longueur, sans les peler. Ne r\u00e9servez que les tranches centrales des aubergines et poudrez-les de sel, laissez d\u00e9gorger 30 mn.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque les aubergines ont d\u00e9gorg\u00e9, \u00e9pongez-les. Faites chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive sur feu vif. Faites-y dorer les aubergines 3 \u00e0 4 mn de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, r\u00e9servez-les au fur et \u00e0 mesure sur du papier absorbant.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez la mozzarella en b\u00e2tonnets de 2.5 cm de long. D\u00e9posez sur chaque tranche d\u2019aubergine un morceau de jambon et placez un b\u00e2tonnet de mozzarella \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de chaque tranche.
