Ajouter les poivrons, la coriandre et le cumin moulus, l\u2019oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9, le sel, le poivre et le Tabasco. Laisser mac\u00e9rer quelques heures.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une cocotte bien chaude, faire sauter la viande. D\u00e8s que tous les morceaux sont bien dor\u00e9s, verser le bouillon de b\u0153uf, l\u2019oignon et le poivron de la marinade, et mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment, un peu de jus tr\u00e8s citronn\u00e9 de la marinade.
