Ajouter alors un ou deux cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika, les tomates \u00e9pluch\u00e9es, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9es, coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s, le concentr\u00e9 de tomate, l\u2019ail hach\u00e9, le bouquet garni, sel et poivre, un demi-bol d\u2019eau.
