{"id":265,"date":"2006-04-22T01:37:47","date_gmt":"2006-04-22T01:37:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=265"},"modified":"2012-01-23T13:42:02","modified_gmt":"2012-01-23T12:42:02","slug":"porc-a-lindienne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/porc-a-lindienne\/","title":{"rendered":"Porc \u00e0 l&rsquo;indienne"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>1.2 kg de porc maigre<\/li>\n<li>2 gros oignons<\/li>\n<li>40 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>un petit morceau de gingembre frais<\/li>\n<li>une c \u00e0 s de farine<\/li>\n<li>2 grosses c \u00e0 s de curry en poudre<\/li>\n<li>un petit piment<\/li>\n<li>une pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>quelques gouttes de jus de citron<\/li>\n<li>une c \u00e0 soupe de concentr\u00e9 de tomate<\/li>\n<li>une pomme<\/li>\n<li>2 dl de bouillon (eau et cube)<\/li>\n<li>1 dl de lait de coco<\/li>\n<li>2 c \u00e0 s de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Coupez la viande en d\u00e9s, pelez et hachez les oignons, faites dorer la viande dans la mati\u00e8re grasse chaude, retirez-la puis faites fondre les oignons,<\/p>\n<p>ajoutez le gingembre (la valeur d\u2019une c \u00e0 s une fois pel\u00e9 et hach\u00e9), saupoudrez de farine et de curry, joignez le piment hach\u00e9, laissez suer pendant quelques minutes en remuant constamment puis ajoutez le sel, le jus de citron, le concentr\u00e9 de tomate et la pomme en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Remettez la viande, mouillez de bouillon et de lait de coco. Couvrez et laissez mijoter pendant une heure.<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de servir, liez avec la cr\u00e8me.
