Saler, poivrer et ajouter un oignon et deux \u00e9chalotes hach\u00e9s. Placer un bouquet garni et saupoudrer de paprika.<\/p>\n<p>Quant le tout a pris couleur, saupoudrer de farine. Laisser blondir et mouiller avec un verre de vin blanc. Faire reprendre l\u2019\u00e9bullition, r\u00e9duire le feu et ajouter un bol de petits pois \u00e9coss\u00e9s, une douzaine de carottes nouvelles enti\u00e8res, deux poivrons (rouges ou verts) coup\u00e9s en lani\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Couvrir la cocotte et faire mijoter une heure.
