Retirez la couenne du lard et d\u00e9taillez-le en tr\u00e8s petits d\u00e9s. Faites-les blanchir rapidement. Pour cela, mettez les lardons dans une casserole, recouvrez-les d\u2019eau froide, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et \u00e9gouttez-les aussit\u00f4t. Ajoutez-les ensuite \u00e0 la farce.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langez la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente avec tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients. Couvrez le saladier et mettez-le au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 24 heures en remuant deux ou trois fois la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Allumez le four th.4 120\u00b0. Remplir une terrine de farce.
