R\u00e9server sur du papier absorbant lorsque le pain est bien dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire les spaghettis de fa\u00e7on habituelle.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer la sauce\u00a0: dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, faire revenir une ou deux gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9minc\u00e9 (ne pas faire br\u00fbler l\u2019ail !), ajouter un peu de piment s\u00e9ch\u00e9 \u00e9minc\u00e9, quelques anchois et un jus de citron.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser cuire cette sauce quelques minutes, puis ajouter les p\u00e2tes, bien m\u00e9langer, ajouter le pain grill\u00e9 et servir imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prendre un gros morceau de pain de la veille, enlever la cro\u00fbte et le passer au robot de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir de tr\u00e8s grosses miettes de pain.
