Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 50 cl d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e au gros sel, y plonger les l\u00e9gumes et laisser cuire quinze minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres. V\u00e9rifier la cuisson avec la lame d\u2019un couteau. R\u00e9server quelques feuilles de chou avant de passer au moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes, mettre suffisamment d\u2019eau de cuisson jusqu\u2019\u00e0 consistance d\u00e9sir\u00e9e pour le potage.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la noix de muscade fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9e, l\u2019huile et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Poivrer et saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. R\u00e9server au chaud.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive, faire griller \u00e0 sec les tranches de lard sur les deux faces.
