Il faut qu\u2019ils soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ros\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un mixer couper le beurre en morceaux, rajouter les foies de volaille \u00e9goutt\u00e9s + un peu de mad\u00e8re ou porto, sel, poivre.<\/p>\n<p>Cela fait une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne que l\u2019on met dans une terrine.<\/p>\n<p>Attendre 2 ou 3 jours.
