{"id":297,"date":"2006-04-25T21:58:59","date_gmt":"2006-04-25T21:58:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=297"},"modified":"2021-03-22T07:55:54","modified_gmt":"2021-03-22T06:55:54","slug":"galette-au-sucre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/galette-au-sucre\/","title":{"rendered":"Galette au sucre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un dessert toujours tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9&#8230; m\u00eame par les personnes qui ne sont pas tr\u00e8s gourmandes\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuisson<\/strong>\u00a0: 8 mn dans un four \u00e0 chaleur tournante \u00e0 200\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Diluer la levure dans le lait, laisser gonfler quelques minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients, dans l\u2019ordre, dans un plat de pr\u00e9paration, bien m\u00e9langer de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 rendre la p\u00e2te un peu \u00e9lastique et bien l\u2019a\u00e9rer. Recouvrir d\u2019un torchon propre et humide \u00a0afin que la p\u00e2te ne se dess\u00e8che pas et laisser lever environ une heure, si possible dans un endroit ti\u00e8de, la p\u00e2te doit doubler de volume.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cette premi\u00e8re lev\u00e9e, retravailler la p\u00e2te qui \u00abretombe\u00bb, puis la disposer en l&rsquo;\u00e9talant avec les mains sur une grande plaque beurr\u00e9e, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9 que l\u2019on d\u00e9pose sur la l\u00e8chefrite du four. Il faut laisser la p\u00e2te plus \u00e9paisse autour pour former un rebord. Saupoudrer la galette des deux sucres, les plus gourmands ajouteront quelques copeaux de beurre doux ou demi-sel, puis laisser remonter la p\u00e2te qui va de nouveau doubler de volume, mais plus vite que la premi\u00e8re fois.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre la galette au four jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit dor\u00e9e.
