{"id":302,"date":"2006-04-25T22:09:19","date_gmt":"2006-04-25T22:09:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=302"},"modified":"2013-01-19T16:41:24","modified_gmt":"2013-01-19T15:41:24","slug":"crumble-aux-mures-et-aux-pommes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/crumble-aux-mures-et-aux-pommes\/","title":{"rendered":"Crumble aux m\u00fbres et aux pommes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette de Mano&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>700 g de pommes coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 jus de citron<\/li>\n<li>un peu d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>100 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>le zeste du citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux environ un quart d&rsquo;heure.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre 300 g de m\u00fbres dans un plat rectangulaire, les recouvrir avec les pommes cuites et \u00e9goutt\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer le crumble avec\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>120 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>120 g de beurre tr\u00e8s froid coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer la farine et le sucre, puis le beurre coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux, en l&rsquo;\u00e9crasant entre les doigts.
