Au besoin, rajouter une cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de blanc d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et quand la p\u00e2te est souple, ajouter d\u00e9licatement le reste des blancs en neige.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre dans une plaque \u00e0 g\u00e2teau roul\u00e9, soit bien beurr\u00e9e, soit recouverte de \u00ab\u00a0papier cuisson\u00a0\u00bb ou papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire huit minutes, le g\u00e2teau doit \u00eatre \u00e0 peine dor\u00e9.
