{"id":311,"date":"2006-04-25T22:32:20","date_gmt":"2006-04-25T20:32:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=311"},"modified":"2021-04-29T11:48:29","modified_gmt":"2021-04-29T09:48:29","slug":"cake-au-citron","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/cake-au-citron\/","title":{"rendered":"Cake au citron"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Une recette de ma ch\u00e8re tatan Yvette&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four, thermostat\u00a0<strong>180\u00b0C<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faire blanchir 250 g de beurre avec 250 g de sucre en poudre.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter cinq \u0153ufs battus et le zeste de deux citrons. battre longuement.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporer 250 g de farine, un paquet de levure chimique et une pinc\u00e9e de sel, battre encore longuement<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire dans un moule \u00e0 cake beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9, environ une heure.<\/p>\n<p>Puis faire chauffer 10 cl de jus de citron avec 100 g de sucre (sucre glace de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence), verser sur le cake et laisser reposer quelques minutes.
