La couper en deux dans le sens de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. L&rsquo;imbiber avec le sirop parfum\u00e9. Garnir avec la moiti\u00e9 de la cr\u00e8me au beurre. Disposer les ananas et les bigarreaux \u00e9goutt\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Poser l&rsquo;autre partie de la g\u00e9noise. Appuyer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Masquer le g\u00e2teau d&rsquo;une mince couche de cr\u00e8me au beurre. Mettre au frais quelques minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Etaler la p\u00e2te d&rsquo;amandes en la saupoudrant de sucre glace. Couvrir le dessus du g\u00e2teau.
