L&rsquo;imbiber avec le punch.<\/p>\n<p>Garnir le premier disque avec la gel\u00e9e de framboise, poser le deuxi\u00e8me disque de g\u00e9noise dessus. Garnir avec la cr\u00e8me de marrons travaill\u00e9e avec le beurre en pommade. Reconstituer la g\u00e9noise.<\/p>\n<p>Masquer avec la chantilly le dessus et le pourtour.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9corer avec des framboises.
