Faire fondre les feuilles de g\u00e9latine (pr\u00e9alablement ramollies \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide et bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9es), les ajouter au jus de citron chaud avec le zeste r\u00e2p\u00e9 et le reste de jus de citron.<\/p>\n<p>Monter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche en chantilly avec le sucre glace. L&rsquo;incorporer au jus de citron refroidi mais encore liquide.<\/p>\n<p>Verser cette mousse dans un moule \u00e0 charlotte.
