Ajouter les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs un \u00e0 un, la farine puis les blancs mont\u00e9s en neige.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire sans dess\u00e9cher la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau roul\u00e9 de 40 x 20 cm. D\u00e9tailler le biscuit en deux carr\u00e9s de 20 cm x 20 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la garniture\u00a0: travailler au fouet le pralin\u00e9, le chocolat fondu et le beurre pour all\u00e9ger le m\u00e9lange et le rendre mousseux. Le m\u00e9langer avec la ganache refroidie.<\/p>\n<p>Imbiber le biscuit avec le punch. garnir le premier fond avec le tiers de la cr\u00e8me.
