Prendre la moiti\u00e9 de ce poids en eau, ajouter du sucre (800 g par kilo de pur\u00e9e).<\/p>\n<p>Faire un sirop, le cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il \u00a0\u00bb perle \u00ab\u00a0.
