Ajouter le bicarbonate, l&rsquo;\u0153uf et le zeste d&rsquo;orange, battre 30 secondes de plus. Ajouter enfin la farine et battre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit incorpor\u00e9e. Former une boule avec la p\u00e2te et r\u00e9server au frais pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sortir la p\u00e2te du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et la diviser en 30 morceaux que vous fa\u00e7onnerez en boules de la taille d&rsquo;une noix. Rouler les boules dans le m\u00e9lange sucre-cannelle et les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Elles vont s&rsquo;\u00e9taler pendant la cuisson, il faut donc les espacer suffisamment. Les faire cuire pendant 10 \u00e0 12 minutes. Elles vont d&rsquo;abord gonfler puis se craqueler.
