Ajouter\u00a0progressivement les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me d&rsquo;amande am\u00e8re jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez une boule de p\u00e2te assez ferme.<\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une petite cuill\u00e8re, pr\u00e9lever des petits morceaux de p\u00e2te que vous fa\u00e7onnerez en boules r\u00e9guli\u00e8res. Rouler les amaretti dans du sucre glace avant de les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Les biscuits doivent \u00eatre suffisamment espac\u00e9s car ils vont s&rsquo;\u00e9taler pendant la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire pendant 15 minutes environ.
