Ajouter la farine et une goutte d&rsquo;eau, m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Faire fondre le chocolat avec un peu d&rsquo;eau, ajouter le beurre, faire fondre, verser sur les jaunes (le chocolat ne doit pas \u00eatre trop chaud).<\/p>\n<p>Battre les blancs en neige ferme, les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>Verser dans un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 garni de papier cuisson beurr\u00e9. Faire cuire \u00e0 four moyen th.5, pendant 20 minutes, ne pas faire s\u00e9cher le g\u00e2teau qui doit rester moelleux.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer le fondant\u00a0: faire fondre le chocolat dans tr\u00e8s peu d&rsquo;eau, ajouter le sucre glace et un tr\u00e8s petit morceau de beurre.
